As a Navy veteran, licensed aesthetician, and MBA with 18 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work in nearly every aspect of the business—from treatment rooms and practice operations to corporate leadership and Fortune 500 account management.
Elevated Aesthetics Consulting grew out of that experience and my belief that may of the challenges businesses face aren’t from a lack of effort or great ideas-they come from a lack of structure, clear expectations, and knowing what to prioritize.
My approach is practical and straightforward. I look at what’s actually happening inside the business, identify the gaps, and help determines what makes sense to change.
A lot of that approach comes from my time in hte Navy. Structure, accountability, and clear expectations have stayed with me throughout my career-and they’re still at the foundation of how I work with businesses today.
